moved functions to correct folder
7-5-2019 | project v0.0.0.4 :First vanilla codesys compiling version achieved. However, this version will not run because of various still unimplemented tickets
v0.0.0.3, resolved ticket 7,8,9 and added new library references. Compiles without error, but will probably *NOT* run properly yet!
