Example for handling the User Management in the application

The purpose of this example is to illustrate how to use the new "runtime based user management"
and how to use the set of APIs that allows access in both "legacy" and "runtime based" modes.
This set of APIs is defined in the "VisuUserMgmt3 Interfaces (VisuUserManagement_interface)"

In this example you can find three applications.

"Application_Old":
in which you can find how to use the "user management" in the old "visu user management" mode.

"ApplicationLegacyBased":
in which you can find how to use "user management" in the old "visu user management" mode, but with the new set of APIs.

"ApplicationRuntimeBased":
in which you can find how to use "user management" in the new "runtime based user management" mode, but with the new set of APIs. This application only works with a Codesys Development System V3.5.18.0 or higher and a CODESYS runtime system with version 3.5.18.0.
