CODESYS Forge

Cleaned up the structure of cforge and allow to build it with its own tool.
- Now all sources are included in the package, but only necessary files are installed
(good practice for OS software, and makes the build easier)

codesys action scripts are now also in the package
cforge does not show all scripts anymore as commands. only the ones with valid "magic usage" function

initial commit of cforge base tool
working:
- url handler and registration
- list scripts
- deploy as codesys package
