Hi again, As you can see here in "Capture.PNG", I can ping the raspi and even access it with Putty, but when I scan possible devices with Codesys I see nothing!.. But if I run "install" button without selecting the target, the installation process goes normally withoout error messages. But I still can't start the runtime because it is not detectable as shown in "Capture2.PNG". By the way, outside VMWare, everything is perfect. yes because I am accessing Raspi with Putty software. I have the feeling that this has something to do with the VM network adapter mode, I've selected NAT (used to share the host's IP address) because this is the only way to keep my VM being connected to the WIFI in my case.

Hi all, I'm struggling on a problem of connecting Codesys, hosted in my virtual machine, to my raspberry pi. I did all necessary configurations, I can detect my raspi hostname after scanning, but every time I want to access to it , a window pops up (the attached PNG file) asking me to enter "User name" and "Password" !. I have tried the ones of my raspi (pi, raspberry) but nothing works!.. has anybody faced such problem before ? Thanks! Regards! Mustapha
