I have an old instrument (DynaPro 801-Protein Solution) with a RS 232 port on it. Though it was originally designed to be used with a computer software, but now that software is obsolete (was compatible with windows 2000) and I cannot find it anywhere. I want to run that machine sending commands using RS 232 port and need help as I have never done that before. Please someone suggest me the possible options that I should be looking for. Thank you
