Hello, I am currently having issues on CODESYS Control for linux SL with DTH expiring. I have followed several tutorials of creating a proper RT linux. Hey, I am facing the same problem. Basically UA Expert and other programs work fine with the login credentials. But codesys can not use them properly. I can see the server login to it manually but when I download the program and run the datasource never runs... Currently I am facing the same Error ID: 7012 and cant get it running properly.

Hello? I have a problem with datasource... I am trying to connect to a OPCUA server. I create a datasource, but I can not login into it. I need to use login credentials to login... Everything works fine in UAExpert, but in codesys I cant seem to get in properly using the login credentials... I have tried to configure the datasource initializer but seem to keep failing... Do I need to call it somewhere ? Will the find endpoints work with this configured to store my password ? !

Hello, its still not quite clear to me how to deal with the PLCLogic directory in linux. I have the directory right here: I need to correctly access the files in this folder through CODESYSControl.cfg. Here is my CODESYSControl.cfg where on the first lines there are a few lines: [SysFile] FilePath.1=/etc/, 3S.dat PlcLogicPrefix=1 That means that if I am going to use relative paths its going to go to from the PLCLogic directory right ? For example here: Whitch paths should I use. I cant seem to successfully...

I have tried downgrading and it seems fine now. I am now on version 4.3.0.0 for the library. Mainly the PN controller caused the issue for me. Funny weird is that even the PN controller versions 4.3.1.0 and 4.3.0.0 cause the error. Version 4.2.0.0 works fine.

Hello, I have been using CODESYS for a while and after updating to version 3.5.18.50 the code randomly stops with this fault. Why is that ? I have tried to locate the fault in the Call Stack but I dont know what to do now... I have updated the projects properly for the version I am using. This fault started happening after like 14 days of using the new version of CODESYS.

I have been attempting to diagnose the issue, and at present, I am encountering a problem with the card drivers not being loaded correctly by the CODESYS runtime. Hello, fellow members! I'm currently dealing with an issue involving my CIFX PB card that I'm trying to get to work with CODESYS Control for Linux SL. I feel like im getting somewhere, if we could get this whole variable into an array or something, then we could see the name of the devices as variables, even if we could get to that specific device by the name then we could extract the INode 16#xxxx value and compare it with all the nodes from IoConfig_Globals.DeviceNodes. Now we just need to figure out if we can put this whole variable into something more info in the image bellow.

Hallo, ich stehe vor einem Problem, bei dem ich einige Diagnosen vom Bus und dem Gerät erhalten möchte, ob beide laufen. Ich möchte die Tags im Bild in eine Variable erhalten, die ich in einem Programm verwenden könnte. Höchstwahrscheinlich irgendwie konvertieren die ADAPTERSTATE und andere Typen wie diese (ETHERNETSTATE, SCANNERSTATE) zu etwas nützlich.

Hello I am facing a problem where I want to get some diagnostic from the bus and the device whether is both running. I want to get the tags in the image to a variable whitch i would be able to use in a program. Most likely somehow convert the ADAPTERSTATE and other types like this (ETHERNETSTATE, SCANNERSTATE) to anything usefull.

Hello, I am currently doing a project with profinet IO-link master device and I cant plug in IODD device file. When I try to run with Ethercat IO-link master device the IODD device shows up and I am able to plug it in. What is wrong here? Does PROFINET support the IODD files ? Is it a problem specifically in the IO-link master that it does not support the IODD compatibility ?

Okay guys I think it is working.. Still needs to be tested but when I reinstalled CODESYS here are the steps I have done: 1. Install CODESYS 3.5.18.20 2. Restart PC 3. Dont open CODESYS !!! Open CODESYS Installer 4. Install Libraries with CODESYS Installer (It did not throw the error when CODESYS was not open) 5. Restart PC 6. Start CODESYS Please try this aproach and keep me posted !

Repairing did not work either. I allways need to uninstall and try again. Only thing that worked for me was installing the packages solo by their separate instalators. Codesys installer cant install it properly and allways throws these errors and then the CODESYS installation is corrupted again... @pilgrim - maybe you could try to install the package by its separate installer, you can download the package on codesys store @eschwellinger - Im going to try the event viewer

When I select and start the installation of the libraries it throws me an error attached to this issue bellow. However when I abort the installation and start again it does not throw the error again. But the whole instalation of CODESYS is corrupted. How do I fix this problem please ?
