The code to turn on the relay is as follows
Setup arguments
Arg 1 = Base Address + Board Address
Arg 2 = Command
Arg 3 = Parameter 1
Arg 4 = Parameter 2

Turn On GPIO output 25
Transfer Arguments, 300000 , 60
It is unknown what 300000 and 60 is for, more than likely something internal
