Works for me because I have a /Blog/ but you do not have a /Blog/ you must have deleted or renamed the default /Blog/.
Ideally a fix would know if the user has a /Blog/ or not and either take you to write a new blog (as existing) or to generate a /Blog/ using "https://forge.codesys.com/u/<username>/admin/install_tool?tool_name=blog"</username>
