I HAVE NOT TRIED THIS, but intitail thought would be to change the task from cyclic to 'triggered by event' and attach it to a global variable that you either set true or false. Might work.

Does anyone know if it's possible to stop the VISU_TASK?
I've read the manuals but it only seems that you can start and stop a task created with the functions provided in the SysLibTasks.lib
