On v2.3 we could create a Master Layout to be the reference page background to the others page(like a button, a clock, a logo, or some status information common for all pages).
How can we do that in Version 3?

1) Create a visualization
2) Create another visualization, add a frame object and select the first visualization.
You could use the frames for many solutions, not only templates (backgrounds), but also to create visualization objects which have reference(s) (VAR_IN_OUT) to e.g. function block instances or structures.
