Hi every body.
i have some problem to connect my serial slave device(Rs232) to my plc (Wago 750-8202) through wago serial interface card(750-652).
i can connect my slave through plc Com port by setting it's configuration from device tree but it seems that using serial interface card is so different.
is there anybody who can help me by suggesting any library or configuration or documentation to connect my device through serial interface card?
thank you

If this is PFC200 with CODESYS V3:
There is no library which make it possible to use the 750-652.
At the Moment you could only use the onboard RS232/RS485 Port on the 750-8204 device... for example.

thank you edwin. yes this is PFC200 whit CODESYS 3.5. so do you mean that i should use codesys v2 ??? if yes, so i have an other problem. i should use OPC UA in my project as my communication protocol. do you think that its possible to use CODESYS2 libraries for my serial interface card and after that migrate my project to codesys3?
and what libraries i should use in CODESYS2?
Best Regards

Hi,
no would not recommend to use V2.3
how many serial Interfaces do you need for your application?
If you have the 750-652 you have two Options.
Give it a try by adding it and configure it by Wago IO pro (mean konfigure with the which Interface start/stop bit etc if this is possible - never tried till now - have no 750-652)
and if then the processdata (see screenshot) are good enough to crab the Serial data this might work
The nice/proper solution would be if someone add a library and device descritpion which make possible to configure and use syscom library,
this would be the best Approach, then you could even add Modbus RTU what ever is available on serial com.
If you really need this you could ask 3S, this is what I would recommend if the option 1 does not work for Γ½ou.
