    which license do you want to acrivate?
    It seems that you try to activate the license on your development system instead of the Targetsystem.

    my question -> bug report is a good place to report.

    Hello,

    I have netPI Gateway. same procedure I already did, but after some changes done in netPI Module, now in codesys not showing license details attached screenshot (license info), target device selected already attached screenshot (select device).

    not sure if it works but on netpi with docker I would try to recover the license by the license udpate file.
    This file you should find on your CODSYS pc on which you have done the sctivation of your license:
    c:\ProgramData\CODESYS\Licenses\yourlicenseticketnumber\serialNo_of_yourPI.WibuCmRau

    I already tried the same. In license folder but not showing this file attached screenshot (file info).

    can I do factory reset of my netPi module, and reinstall License key.

    I have not taken backup of license key.

    Is it possible to reinstall license key on the same hardware?

    did you not have the file here:
    c:\ProgramData\CODESYS\Licenses\yourlicenseticketnumber\serialNo_of_yourPI.WibuCmRau
    This is generated by CODESYS on the activation process.
    You could request your file with the license ticketnunmber on CODESYS store on -> my question -> bugreport if needed.
