I'm using Codesys Control RTE V3.5.16.40 (x64) on my computer as an EtherCAT Master.
My nic is an Intel 82574L Gigabit Adapter with the CmpEt1000 driver installed, provided by Codesys.
I wanted to see the ethercat traffic using Wireshark, but it seems not to be possible when the Codesys driver is installed.
So, how to see ethercat frames (or, at least, detailed logs on the traffic) with this configuration?
On TwinCAT 3, it is possible by enabling the "promiscuous" option in the settings. Is there a similar parameter on CodeSys?
I'm really more confortable with Codesys, and I would prefer to keep using it instead of TwinCAT...
Thanks!
William.

I don't have an answer for your but I am interested in your application. Can you tell anything about what you are building and with which hardware?
I would prefer Codesys too as I am starting to dislike TwinCAT 3...
Only possible by a managed switch (or hub)...or special Wire which you connect to the last slave
