I updated my IDE version to 3.5.17.
since then, Modbus TCP Slave menu is lack of features. no General Tab, no channels tab.

how can I solve this?
Windows Start Menu > CODESYS > CODESYS Installer > Change > Browse > type "modbus" > Magnifying glass > install
With the modularisation in SP17, this plugin is only installed initially if you do a complete install. You can install it afterwards with the above steps.
