Hello, I have raspberryPI conncected to Lenze EtherCAT IO it´s working fine
when I add DS18B20 to project over Onewire, EtherCAT not running. In Diagnostic is written something with slaves
Onewire is running, I can read temperatures.
When I delete onewire devices, EtherCAT works well again.

you need to have an own onewire task and use only these IO's in this task:
