After Codesys 3.5.16.40 and 3.5.18.40 installation on Windows 11, I can't reach directly to the file path C or D when I want to open a new project. I can only see the desktop.
Is there anyone has same issue? What could be the solution for it?

I run 18.30 and 18.40 in Win11 without such issues. My first guess would be that this is user rights/policies related. Did you install and start codesys with admin rights?

I start as Administrator but it is still same. I don't remember if I installed it as Administrator. I will uninstall and install again as Admin rights.

I had something similar which seems to be related to OneDrive, because this can change the default file location.
What you can do is go to the properties of the desktop folder (right click - properties). Then select location. Here you can restore it to default, then I could select all folders on my laptop again.
