Does there anyone know if any ENI file download into PLC when boot into OS?
If yes, at what time download into? at UpdateConfiguration stage?
And if this is done by IoDrvEtherCAT library?

no there is no ENI file download needed for the Ethercat stack all the parameter a covered by the download of the project.

Thus, if we can find the ENI parameters from any library or component within all the parameters?

And if this step needs any codesys library or any component inside?
BTW, how is ENI created?
