I have some issues on connecting codesys control win x64 to Profinet slave (Festo CPX-E-PN).
I had already installed Winpcap, set the firewall (I can see everyone send packet on wireshark) and set my ip correctly.
But for now, nothing is working... When i start "scan device" on th PN_Controller it start and run indefinitely without finding anything.
When I start FMT (festo Maintenance Tool) this one see the Profinet slave and I can manage the I/O as I want. So I think the problem is on my codesys configuration.
I had see a lot of subject on the forum with this kind of problem and for a lot of them it came from winpcap & firewall config.
But as I had already check this and it's it steel not working I'm asking your help.
Hi,
check the following:
Is WinPcap installed?
turn off the firewall
check the plclogger of control win
an finally - which version exactly are you using?

First, I need to apologize... I understand what I had missed on my configuration and why it was not working and also my lack of training...
So, the "problem" is that I didn't set the PN_Controller.CommCycle in the task manager. I had the possiblity to see the pn_controller and the profinet fieldbus module (cpx_e_pn) but when I hit the scan nothing happened.
In the log I had the error : "CommCycle() is not executed ! Check Task Configuration !" and this helped me a lot!
I just need to had a task with PN_Controller.CommCycle and everything is fine now !
So thank you again and have a good day !

The configuration :
Codesys control win x64 -> Ethernet device -> PN_Controller -> Festo CPX-E-PN -> CPX-E-4AI-U-I

Hi Edwin ! thanks for your fast reply !
so I think WinPcap is good :
The firewall is off and below the plclogger on codesys (How can i see the plclogger of control win since this one start on the menu bar now?)
I'm using Codesys V3.5 SP15 patch 3 and control win systray - x64
Thanks again !
