Not sure yet what caused it. But the real problem is that I was out and the people from the site was calling me in order to activate the system back.
If I knew how to perform it from shell, it would be easy to do with my Smartphone. Just a few commands and 5 minutes in a chair. However, I needed to take my car, went to the office, start my computer, start codesys, and after that, start the runtime. It was really unpleasant.
Does any one know how to work with the runtime from cli?

Hi there, last week I had some misterious crash from the runtime. It just stoped. Probably something related to the Ethernet/IP driver.
