Cannot go online after rebooting development PC

Hello,

I recently noticed that everytime I reboot my development PC (IDE), I cannot go online with my runtime anymore. 3.5 SP18, Raspberry Pi MC runtime.

It is the same project file that I just downloaded before rebooting but still cannot go online without downloading it again.

What is the problem?

Possible to raise a support case - my question and add the projectarchive if possible - simply should work that way.
