We are using Codesys Version V3.5 SP16 Patch1 + (64 bit) for OPTO22 (GRV-EPIC-PR1) controller. I have tried to configure Modbus RTU devices in Codesys but we couldn't find Library for MODBUS RTU. Pl assist to us how to find the Modbus RTU Library on urgent basis.

The library is installed with codesys when you install it. There is no need to browse for it, either to install it separatly. Just add it to your library manager, into your project.

Right clic your device in HW tree, then add the modbus master or device.

Pl check in this screenshot there is no library for Modbus RTU serial communication
You will never find a serial modbus device under a TCP adapter.
Though that having a COM port on your hardware was a requirement already met.
