I had the same question and bought a contemporary 4k monitor. Normally you simply increase the resolution (150% / 200%), but Codesys is then displayed blurred. Now I can only use my 4k monitor as 2k (2560x1440) or it gets uncomfortable.

I use CODESYS V3.5 SP22 Patch 3 now, but it really doesn't work on a 4K screen.
