Hi again,
I'm trying to make a connection via ethernet/ip, but there is something wrong. Ethernet/IP scanner is running in demo mode (yellow icon and status about running in demo mode), but adapter is not working at all (red triangle). In I/O mapping of the adapter I have a warning "The bus is not running. The shown values might not be up-to-date).
Does anybody know how to fix it?

I got a the answer from Balluff support team. Basically the ports are not active to communicate. Now all good. Anyone have the same issue, feel free to reach out I will help you guys. sudhakarp@peerlesse.com.
