Error_Unknown COM.Open serial communication

Hi all,
I'm trying to run a COM.Open FB in a Codesys 3.5 runtime of a Linux Embedded Device (Topcon OpusA3).
I've got a look at serial sample on 3S website, but if I run the COM.Open I always get ERROR_UNKNOWN. Every suggestion is highly appreciated!

You should check your ParemetersList array.
