I am trying to drive an XY platform using SM3_Robotics.
In online config mode, everything moves as expected.
Under MC_MoveDirectRelative, as expected (maximum speed and acceleration set)
But under MoveLinearRelative, there is some jitter, which also exists on MoveCircularAbsolute. What went wrong?

See screenshots, this lead to an reduced jitter on sending the ethercat frames.
