Is there a step-by-step tutorial for using Raspberry pi 3 with codesys v3.5? What do I have to buy to use the Raspberry with PLC?

i did these steps but don't get the update raspberry.

does the raspberry pi needs to be connected in order to see the ''update raspberry'?
do i need to buy a license first for the raspberry?
i was told it will run for 2 hours without a license?

No, just restart CODESYS, after Install Tagen package from the CODESYS Store..

I did restart codesys many times, did not help. this is package I installed:
CODESYS Control for Raspberry PI 3.5.15.40.package
    is that the correct one?

    Great, thanks, that was working.

Now i can execute the command, codesys finds the raspberry, its a raspberry 4B, brand new.
it does not offer me to download a codesys version to the pi.
    any more help?

seems that you are using CODESYS as user 'e0037505' user,
different as you have been logged in when you have installed the backage.
    Is this possible?
Either install it again under this user or copy it from the
    "c:\Users\<windowsusername>\CODESYS Control for Raspberry PI\"
    to your 'e0037505' user.
This explains the missing command too.</windowsusername>

thanks, that works. Installations i have to do under a supervisor account, than things like that can happen.

    so.
now codesys loaded the runtime on the raspberry pi. i'm connected via wifi. now i try to connect my codesys to the raspberry plc.
somehow the 'gateway' is not setup correctly?

already solved, i had the gateway (which is one piece of software running in the system tray) shut down.
    now its running.
by the way, what i really want to do is have the raspberry pi as a master for Profinet in order to test out and develop profinet slaves.
