I want to use more than two SPI devices. Therefore I need more than
two ChipEnable (CE,CS,SSEL...whatever) pins. It should be possible to use
any GPIO pin as CE output. Is there a way to define what pin should be used by the SPI driver?

I think any change is not possible because this SPI port is hw implemented on BCM chip
