Cannot install runtime mulicore to the newest version of Raspberry Pi4

I try to install Runtime 4.6.0.0 to bullseye (Newest Linux version 6.1.21-V8+) ,but the Runtime mode detects Standard.
When I install it to previous version 6.1.21-v7l+,it shows Multicore.

Please advice.

I changed the /boot/config.txt and it works fine.
