Hello,

Trying to install ControlWin 3.5.20.30 on Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB and I always get this error about the gateway.

3.5.20.20 is working fine.

Any ideas why?

Hello,

I tried installing ControlWin 3.5.20.40 and still have the same issue.
I tried on 2 different PCs running Win10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB

So I then installed the Gateway from 3.5.20.20 and it works.

Is there an issue using ControlWin 3.5.20.40 with Gateway from 3.5.20.20?

no it is safe to use the older Gateway without any issue.
