Cannot Turn Off/Sleep PC running windows 10 and SoftMotion RTE

Dear all,

My PC is running SoftMotion RTE on windows 10, it has specifications as following:
- i7-4790: I disabled HyperThreading, Cstate, Intel Speedstep in Bios Setting.
- 4 GB Ram.
While PC is running SoftMotion RTE, I want to turn off or sleep PC, but PC always restart again.
If SoftMotion RTE is not run, PC will shutdown normally.
The version or RTE is newest V3.5SP13Patch2

Please help me solve this problem.

Hi Mr. Edwin,

When I select "shut down" in windows 10, PC always restart again. After that I can shut down normally.
Could you let me know where the problem come from?
