We are having a problem with our raspberry pi 3
Running the codesys webvisu. After a Day or so the
Webvisu freezes or shutsdown completely.

The log says:

Visufctcheckforunusedclients: removing cliënt at address
1990209072

Runtime is licensed..

when error has occured?

could not see any crash in the logger.
I would recommend to update to current version (if you want to stay on your old CODESYS development version, it is save to
just update the runtime side)
If you have the option update CODESYS Development System and Runtime.
How to update only the runtime?
Download the emPC-A/iMX6 SL package from the CODESYS store.
Then put out the Debian package from this package ( rename it to zip) and copy this to
"c:\Users\<yourwindowsusername>\CODESYS Control for emPC-A-iMX6 SL\Delivery\codesyscontrol_arm_emPC-A-iMX6_V3.5.14.x.deb"
-> deploy it then with the update tool.</yourwindowsusername>

Why this update?
There are know bugs that the webserver is not reachable because of the communicaiton channels are busy. (not released when you connected by serveral Clients) This have been fixed with 3.5Sp12 Version.
So if this is your Problem it should be solved by an update of the runtime.

Hi Erwin,

We also experince this crash randomly. We use version 3.5.14.10. Is that a way only to reset the webvisu and not restart all the CoDeSys?

If thi still exist we need the plc log.

We update to 3.5SP15 but this problem is still exist. Please help us to solve this problem. Thank you.

Note: We think that this is the result of closing a webvisu from another computer. Not directly on the pi. But we are not sure.

need the project/projectarchive
I would update to 3.5Sp15Patch2 as soon it is available.
Check the project if all visu relatet stuff is called in the visutask context.

Hi Edwin,

We do an update to 3.5SP15 patch2, but it become worst. It is more often crashed and there are now no exception in the log file. Also everything is now stop, not only the webvisu.

Please advise us what to try or how to solve this. We are running installation on a production factory.
