Additional you have since 3.5SP11 a splitted configuration file /etc/CODESYSControl.cfg and /etc/CODESYSControl_User.cfg
which then hold your userparameter like com Settings, device name, bootapplication name etc.... (not loose them on every runtime update as it was before)

We have some confusion about the directory of the codesys files in Raspberry Pi. We see 2 different directory where the codesys files is stored.
/root/PlcLogic
/var/opt/codesys/PlcLogic
Which one is really used? How can we correct this?
