how to edit the Bus specific modules in soft ware codesys ???

1-Is it possible File Conversion HEX to PRG ? by the CODESYS
2-I'm programming for truck cranes . truck cranes have a have several sensors (pressure sensor / length / angle, etc.)
NO PLC, NO WAGO ,NO ABB ,No nothing else ONLY PROGRAM WHIT CODESYS V2.3
How do I identify the software sensors CODESYS?
How should I define the ID of the sensor to the software? Software should go where?

Some units are running V3 so if that is case please put in V3 general
