Error When trying to Clean All

I get the following error message when trying to do a clean all.

Also of significance, this happened after I updated the device from Codesys Control Win V3 to the Raspberry Pi...

I'm running V3.5 SP4 Patch 1
Any ideas?

What I did instead, was to create a new project with the Pi target, then export from the old one and import into the new one. It worked that way.
