CmpIecTask.IecTaskGetFirst(), IecTaskGetNext() and IecTaskGetInfo3() should have what you want.
You would then have to use something like datalog manager or Application Composer Datalog to log it to a file.

is there any kind of possibility to log jitters?
I want to get a file or a graph which records the jitter.
Would be nice if someone has an answer to that.
