I am trying to export data to an Excel file containing data from a trend, I am unsure if it is possible or how I would go about doing it. I can't seem to find any helpful anwsers online, and I don't really have any examples to go off of, some sources are telling me to use a Textlist but I am unsure how to transfer data to it, another source recommended I switch to a trace but I am in the same situation where I don't know how to make a CSV file or where it is expected to go.
I was just hopping for something simple where an operator would push a button that would save the data to file on the local computer.
