Hi sorry if this is a silly problem but ive started to use Turck Banner HMI's for a project and when i load the program it transfers fine and all runs ok but when i power cycle the screen there is no program there and i have to re-transfer the program !! ive normal used the Exor version of the screens which just save after download is there some thing i need to do to keep the program in the HMI.

Just for info the HMI does this if you have only downloaded with online changes and not a full download !!! had me confused for a while !
