Even though the visualisation in those videos look really, really nice, I think this is not yet available in the public versions of Codesys. Correct me if I'm wrong (in which case I'm interested in those files as well).

no the navigation editor is not yet available (second video).
The first video shows features which are available in the overlay visualization (apart from the HTML5 control).
The project of the first video is available in the setup.
