I'm new to CODESYS and I hope this is the appropriate place to ask my question. I am currently using CODESYS 3 and I have a simple program that is supposed to send a message from a PLC via Ethernet to a switch, then through an RJ45/RS232 converter to an interpolator that controls stepper motors. While everything works fine when using Hercules (a Windows program for TCP/UDP/RS232 communication), I'm facing an issue with regards to the "Message" format.
The message to be sent: !0L,1000,0,0
Could someone please help me with this matter? I have attached a printscreen of my code below.
