Hi All. Is it possible to use CODESYS KNX SL on stock Wago firmware (Codesys version, not e!Cockpit). I have Wago 750-8212 with firmware 0.4.04.03(26). When I tried to run 'KNX SL' or even 'Device Reader', I have got [FATAL ERROR] Unresolved reference: 'CODEMGETCONTENTBYFIRMCODE3' [FATAL ERROR] Unresolved reference: 'CODEMGETCONTENTBYFIRMCODE2' [FATAL ERROR] Unresolved reference: 'CODEMGETCONTENTBYFIRMCODE2' What probbalby means that there is no running CodeMeter component on PLC. I have checked /etc/codesys3.d/CODESYSControl.cfg [CmpWebServer] WebServerPortNr=58080 [CmpSecureChannel] CertificateHash=86ccf31839a098ee32067179e26600f1bd6b36f8 [CmpUserMgr] AsymmetricAuthKey=a9d38381e75bbf1bbfc8749e97f536f68238a2ce So the question is if I can somehow add Codemeter to stock firmware? Or should I switched to CODDESYS Control for PFC200 SL or application-base runtime licence?

I have been struggling for over a week to program my rapspberry pi 4 with codesys. I purchased the license. I installed the runtime and the gateway, and I can see the pi in the communication settings. But cannot log in. I have checked the status of the pi with sudo systemctl status codesyscontrol and it is running. I have enabled traffic to and from the pi with iptables and checked the logs and all looks good. I just cannot connect through the codesys ide. Can anyone help me before I lose my mind?

Hello everyone, I’m trying to understand if it is this way or I can change it. I’m making a PLC code and visualization screens, the ideia is to operate via webvisu some controls. So i made a code, made some screens and when i try it in my web browser, first it asks me to insert te user and password of the wbm/runtime of the plc (user: admin, password: wago by default), then i can acess my screens but I have to login again with the user and password that i created in the visualization user managment. My question is: is there a way to disable this first login to the visualization screens (webvisu)? Or create another user/password for this first screen? I have a PFC200 and a Edge Controller, both are working the same way. Thanks in advance Thanks

Is there anybody can help me with the same problem? I have to migrate created project in ver.3.5.17.0 32BIT with runtime 4.7.0 to ver.3.5.20.0 64BIT with runtime 4.7.11.0 due to the new license. All the libraries and dependencies are updaded and there are no any errors. The first compilation and loading to the controller is being compleated well. After this being done and if I am forced to change any values or change any code in the current project, another compilation will be freezed. This problem can be solved if pressed Build/cleen or cleen all. There is another method to solve this; if project is loaded with excluded object (Alarm Configuration), repeated compilations will be done well.

Ok, with debug you suppress the errors, but that doesn't help you any further. But you can easily find out. Create a completely empty project and insert the TCA9548. You don't need the board. Then look in the library and resolve all conflicts If you can compile the project without errors, delete the TCA9548 and insert the ADS1115. The driver should then also run. Small bonus: with the TCA9548 you can expand your network as you wish and use identical sensors multiple times

After my tests, I noticed two issues. 1- WinCC disconnects the connection after receiving the GetEndPointResponse message from CoDeSys. (I found it with UAExpert and Wireshark.) 2- It establishes a connection despite waiting for a while on the network with DNS. As a result of this information: I solved the problem by adding the line "193.193.193.150 t9pac" to the C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts file and making Windows accept messages coming from the IP number 193.193.193.150 as coming from t9pac. (t9pac is the name of my PLC running CoDeSys.) If there is a setting that will allow CoDeSys OPC UA to respond to GetEndPointRequest with its IP address, this problem will not occur.

Hi, When trying to activate a control Basic L license on a Wago PFC200 750-8203 the error The selected container ... does not fit your ticket comes up and won't allow licensing. I have deleted the /var/opt/codesys/cmact_license/ content 3 times and the container number changed each time after a reboot, but the problem persists. Not a happy first time experience with those weird application based licenses. IDE is 19.20. This was a e!Cockpit FW22 PLC and I used Deploy Control SL to make the green web interface red. WBM shows Codesys 2 and e!Runtime active which is a bit weird. What do I do now? Regards Heinz

Problem Solved The Problem was within the Usermanagment. There should be 6 files for the Usermanagment in /var/opt/codesys/ .UserMgmtDB.csv .UserMgmRightstDB.csv .GroupDatabase.csv .UserDatabase.csv_ .GroupDatabase.csv_ .UserDatabase.csv The file .UserMgmtDB.csv was missing. I moved the other files in a savefolder. Full Step by step instructions stop the runtime with sudo /etc/init.d/codesyscontrol stop rename the following files on the PI: (or save them and then delete them) in this directory: /var/opt/codesys/ .UserMgmtDB.csv .UserMgmRightstDB.csv .GroupDatabase.csv .UserDatabase.csv_ .GroupDatabase.csv_ .UserDatabase.csv then restart the Runtime: sudo /etc/init.d/codesyscontrol start now reconnect the PLC via the Automation Server - here you will be asked to create a new CODESYS user password, The user management files deleted above are then created again (in /var/opt/codesys/ on the PI).

Hi, I am quite new to Codesys and I try to do a Profinet connection to an Siemens PLC (315-2DP) with CP343-1 Lean Modul. I already configured the Siemens PLC, exported the GSDML. Then I added a new project in Codesys, added following moduls: - Ethernet - PN_Controller - Imported Profinet Device via GSDML importer When I start the programm everything looks fine but I always get the message "Stopped Profinet" and no data is available This is only for a small test. Therefore I start to do that on a Windows 10 with Development System. Later I will try to realize this on Raspberry. Ethernet Adapter is configured (192.168.1.1 / 24) Firewall deactivated WinPCap is installed S7-Station seems to be found ('fuadazenzitest') Can please somebody help me?

Hallo everyone, I am working on new PLC of Weidmueller that uses Codesys SP19. I made the upgrade at the Patch 4 coming from patch 0. Unce made the upgrade everything is working well in the progect except the web visu user menagent. In the new version, when I perfom the login, I cannot use the keyboard of the device; the window where to digit the user name and password opens, the buttons "OK" and "Cancel" work but the system doesn't allow to put input from the device keybord, the mouse behaves as it is an image. If I active the virtual keypad or numpad it works otherwise nothing. I am wondering if it is a bug of the new package or if I must set something else. Thanks in advance, Riccardo.

Dear All, I hope first to get notice and somebody answer my question. How can I create a motion profile with the axis following it (once or periodically)? As my research shows, Schineder has a UI-based (Motion Sizer) program that helps create a motion with different configurations, which is Codesys-based. I need to create a motion profile based on position, changing the speed. (i.e., 0-300mm moves with 300 mm/s, 300-400mm moves with 500 mm/s, 500-800mm moves with 1000 mm/s, and 800-0mm moves with 2000 mm/s). MC_PositionProfile does it time-based, which is not working for me as the axis may not stabilize the position in time, which may cause a big failure in the system.

We have several old project written with 3.5.17 and 3.5.18 and also some older Until now when a customer ordered a product from us. We just installed (we have a tested image) and added a license Now the license policy has changed and we have to buy a License Control Basic S or M However it only works with CODESYS Development System Version 3.5.19.10 or higher Does that mean we have to upgrade all our old products? That is not a simple task as a previous post has explained with weird error messages from CODESYS V3.5. Next we have to do rigorous testing of our applications afterwards. It is very expensive

Hallo goodmorning, I am using codesys 3.5 sp19 with Weidmueller PLC. I created a page with several checkbox to manage an array of bool. When I build the project the system doesn't signal any error, when I go in simulation mode everything works until I click on checkbox to toggle the variables. Other visu elements works proprerly (e.g. bottons, lights, ect, ect) but the check boxes cause a crash giving the following error: Error while processing the visualization: Client id not present or no longer valid I serched to figure the problem out and to search a solution on the web but nothing. Dear Forum, I'm currently switching to Codesys V3.5 SP19. When I want to do an online change, I get the option to update the boot project, in other (codesys based) packages this is checked on by default. In Codesys V3.5 SP19 (and maybe older versions) this is unchecked by default. We are doing a lot of remote updates with systems that almost never power cycle. In other words when this box is forgotten the system will run fine until a blackout. Is it possible to get it checked on by default? Hello everyone, I'm encountering an issue in CODESYS regarding writing files to external paths. Despite correctly configuring the placeholder in the CODESYSControl_User.cfg file to allow access to an external folder, CODESYS doesn't seem to write any files, and no errors are reported. The issue on the older versions was absent with no placeholders. I've checked the operating system permissions, and they seem to be in order, but the issue remains. Has anyone faced a similar situation or has any suggestions on how I might resolve this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your support. The simplest way to do this would be to add a bus coupler dedicated to the expansion IO. The EtherCAT network does not fault when modules connected to the expander are not present. In the image below, nothing below the red line is present in the network - with the network working correctly. In your "base" project, simply include all of the possible modules, and then plug them in as you add pumps to the system. I would also highly recommend against the use of direct addressing. There are other methods to accomplish this, including using the "Optional" checkbox for modules and explicitly addressing them. Does anybody know how to get a specific text from a text list within a program. Obviously it works in a visualization, but because I will have an HMI that has it's own system and I will have to send variables to this HMI via an OPC UA connection, I need to be able to get a text into a string. I tried using the VisuElems like this, but it only returns an empty "" and nothing else. Hello, CODESYS Control is running on my RevPi, and my system communicates over a CANbus with a master using the ConnectCan module (Slave - CANopen Device). The communication works perfectly fine so far. However, as soon as I call a Python script with "SysProcessExecuteCommand2" that creates a CSV file and executes without errors, the master does not adopt any changes to the Transmission Process Data Objects (TPDOs). I don't quite understand what one has to do with the other, and perhaps someone can help me with this. Here is my script call: SysProcess.SysProcessExecuteCommand2(pszCommand:='python /home/pi/test.py', pszStdOut:=sCMDOutput, udiStdOutLen:= SIZEOF(sCMDOutput), pResult := ADR(eResult)); Thank you in advance!
