What I wanted to know is if there is a generic EtherCAT slave object already in CODESYS that I can use for anything, remote IO, Drives, VFD's and so on, as long as I match PDO's. Hello, I'm using th IDE Combivis studio 6 (codesys based) and I get an error message when I use IO-link. "The license is missing or invalid. The API is running in demo mode." However the package Manager indicates that no licence is required. It used to work, it seems that the free package has become a paying one. Can Codeys confirm this? BR

It doesn't load differently codesys seems to be behaving differently. Original version of ethercat master in project archive is 3.5.15.50, compiler is 16.4 as is codesys I'm using. It builds fine in vm and not on local machine. The reason is not obvious. It builds on local machine with ethercat master at 3.5.16.0. I'd really appreciate advice

Interested. I can see the EL6633 Profinet Controller can be added in Codesys to the EK1914 or EK1100, and then ProfiSafe devices can be added as the F-DI8/F-DQ3 ET200eco PN. Im unsure how to configure the telegram to the EL6910. Have you been able to make this configuration? EL6910 Manual shows a way but only using TwinSafe.

Hello, I hv a problem. Couldn't solve this for 2 days now. So I'm quite new at CodeSys and I have to use the spi port x30 on the edgelogix rpi 1000. So what I have to do is just 'add device' at the SPI where I hv to pick the 'SPI master' after that I hv to change the parameters according to the edgelogix I did found in the spidev.h but nothing got updated so I 'add device' again where I pick the PiFace I/O Driver and I put my variables at the I/O Mapping, which i put the input startbit at the in part and led at the out part. I want to make the led blink according to my structured text code but somehow the hardware didn't connected with the CodeSys spi port. Nothing happens. Any idea what I have to do?
