I have a debian linux host running Control SL. I tried to manage IP-addresses through codesys/Control SL but that was not successful. What works though is manually editing the network-interfaces config file. /etc/network/interfaces. Is there a way to set this up so that IP-addresses can be managed from within codesys instead? I changed the interfaces to br0 & br1 as they are designated on the Wago PFC200. That issue is resoved. However, on site I have very high system cpu usage, system as in Linux. Presently it is not known why - my bench system does not exhibit such high system usage. In the past this was due to IGMP network traffic every 250uSec from synchronized inverters.

Problem solved The client modbus cycle time was linked to a task at 500ms. Whereas the channel modbus was at 200ms. Certainly problem of packages synchronisation. We have similar issues, with crashing PLCs, but this ranges from 3.5.16.40 to 3.5.19.70. Which log made you confirm the exception crash? I am currently looking for evidence of what causes our PLCs to crash. Network stability could be an issue with latest security roll-outs like 802.1X and segregation.

Testing Codesys CNC. SMC Interpolator Throws me an error if my code surpass approximately 32000 lines of code. (SMC_CNC_INTERNAL_ERROR) What is the max lines of code SMC Interpoltor can handle ? I've been thinking breaking the code up into smaller sections, but that gives me a lot problems later if i want to use "Blocksearch" etc. I need to run approximately 2000000 lines of code.

(I tried different values here, only effect for larger values i can see is the the queue capacity gets smaller.) hi imdatatas, thanks for your suggestion! I added the process execution to be sure. In the meantime I reïnstall Windows but it dind't help directly. Finally I deleted CodeMeter Runtime Server after Codesys installation. Because this Service was not able to start. And it works (for now) :)!
