you need at them moment a download once (for the configuration files generated including addresses) then stop the plc - exchange the persistence file ( without the config file) This will be improved to 3.5.18.6 and 3.5.20.0. (possible then to generate offline bootproject including full persistenmanager files) - this is if you have not 100% the same bootapplication on the devices. In case you copy the whole Application (PLCLogic) directory it should work out of the box - but only with 100% same bootprojects as mentioned above. By the CODESYS Automation Server would help solve this too.

just now i have tried loading the achive file from today at work. using 3.5.20.4 same as at work. when i open the project it says " prject inspection, this project has been saved with a different version(codesys v3.5 sp20 patch 4).? one option in the above "project inspection" window just wants to download that same version again. the other option leads no where as it say the required add ons cant be resolved. just end up going around in circles.

Hi everyone, I'm currently working on a project using Estun Pronet servo drives with EtherCAT communication, and I need the appropriate ESI (EtherCAT Slave Information) files to set up the network. The specific models I'm using are: Pronet-04AEG-EC Pronet-02AEG-EC-R1 Pronet-10AEG-EC-R1 Pronet-20AEG-EC-R1 Pronet-50DEA-EC-R1 If anyone has the ESI files for these models or knows where I can download them, I would greatly appreciate your help. Hi im using wago pfc750-8207 plc and my programming software was codesys v2.3, im facing some issue in my plc after power failure my plc not going back to run mode sometimes, i did sourecode download, boot application created and still facing this issue, out of 10 power failure 8 times its going to run mode some time its missing to go run mode and only sys indication is in on condition Kindly please help me.

Dear Forum, I recently updated to the newest Codesys IDE (3.5 SP19 patch 5) The program wouldn't download cause of the amount of OPC-UA server tags (see picture) I'm not planning on using the OPC-UA server and therefore I unchecked the "Support OPC-UA features" checkbox in the symbol configuration. But this didn’t solve the issue of the OPC-UA server exceeding its license. How can I disable the OPC-UA server while still maintaining the symbol configuration. Thank you in advance Alex

Hello I'm using Codesys V3.5 SP19 Patch 6 and a Raspberry PI 5 4GB Bookworm 32bit with the Runtime 4.11.0.0 SL. I can install the runtime and download the software completly but after a few seconds the connection disconnects with the message no connection to device. Please scan network again. And the object reference was not set to an object instance. See screenshot. Can somebody help me with that? Thanks

We have arrange a new PLC from local market we don't have PLC program but thanks to our other machine which has the same PLC running I want to upload the program from that running PLC and download it to new PLC can anyone tell me the procedure please?

Once the installation of the packages begins, it shows me a error that the signature of certain packages does not correspond to that coming from the accepted installation context.
