Hallo, Ich habe schon mehrfach Treiber für I2C Geräte geschrieben und keine Probleme mit dem Einbinden gehabt, aber derzeit komme ich auf keinen grünen Zweig. Der Import des Geräterepository (xml) funktioniert, der Import ins Bibliothekenrepository funktioniert auch, aber wenn ich dann das Gerät an den I2C MAster anfüge funktioniert der Import in das Projektbibiothek nicht und somit wird auch der entsprechende FB nicht instanziert und ich bekomme folgende Fehlermeldungen ------ Übersetzungslauf gestartet: Applikation: Device.Application ------- Code typisieren... Aber ich scheitere schon an der Installation auf zwei PCs (Win10 / Win11). Problem wie im oberen Link, an beiden PCs, aber unterschiedliche Plug-Ins. Laut Installer sind die Pakete aber Installiert, wenn ich sie Deinstalliere kommen andere Meldungen :D... 3.5 19 habe ich auf Win 10 irgendwann immerhin mal zum Starten bekommen. Wenn ich dann an die Pakete mit den Paketmanager gehe, bekomme ich aber während der Installation auch immer die Fehlermeldung. Was kann da los sein? Ich versuche heute noch einen 3. PC, aber irgendwie ist das ja nicht die Lösung :(. Vor allem das es immer andere Plugins sind zwischen 3.5 19/21 und Win10/11. Also da ist irgendwie keine Richtung drin :(. Kann mir aber nicht vorstellen das dass die Regel ist, sondern ich vermute das ich da was falsch mache. Oder eine andere Abhängigkeit / Installation etwas zerschießt... Grüße Malte edit: auf einem frischen Win11 gehts, was ist mi Codesys da nicht in ordnung? edit2: Ok ich habe alles was mit C++ und Runtime war vorher Deinstalliert. Nach der Installation musste ich aber immer noch Plug-Ins korrigieren. Dann ist Codesys gestartet aber eingefroren. Geholfen hat dann noch das deinstalliere von CodeMaster.

I have been running Codesys IDE in VirtualBox on a Linux Mint host for many many years without issues. I use it every day and it works great. I wouldn't mess around with wine. Would probably just be a waste of time. Codesys Go might be the future of PLC programming on Linux! Can't wait to test it.

Hello, I don't really know what my problem was, but it's working for me at the moment. All i did was to change my code because of some REAL_TO_INT conversions, like i wrote above. And later a complete new Pi setup (because of 64x support with 4.10.0.0 now).

One workaround is to create a second application which is started after the rested of the main application. The second application starts the main application after time x and is rest after done start of the main application. No problems during the fieldbus re-start by this workaround.

Hello, this error occured frequently over the past couple of weeks. I found out, when adding a webvisu, CODESYS added Visu libraries in the library manager. One of the libraries was the "VisuElemsAlarm" library. In my case it added this one with the version 4.3.0.0. However another library that also contained the "VisuElemsAlarm", used the "VisuElemsAlarm" with the version "4.4.0.0". After changing the Version "4.4.0.0" and uninstalling this version, the error has not occured anymore. Regards, carohe

Hi, yes i did solve it. You have to change the namespace 0 model in the UaModeler. Open the modeler --> Settings --> Edit Settings --> scroll down to the last option "External Model Support" --> Check "Allow replacing built-in..." Now create a new project in the UaModeler. If you have to choose your base models, you can see the option "Find another Opc.Ua.NodeSet2". I have attached the .xml i am using.

I found out what I was doing wrong. I was entering the wrong IP in the gateway. I found that I have to enter the RPi's IP in the gateway field from this post https://forge.codesys.com/forge/talk/Runtime/thread/01703ca970/#d9f6 But I do not understand why it has to be the RPi's IP. Could anyone help me in clarifying this?

I watched on youtube that i must delete folder from "ProgramData/CODESYS/CODESYSControlWinV3x64" But the problem is that in the the CODESYS there is no folder named CODESYSControlWinV3X64. I checked if the folder is hidden but it's just not there. I can't find it and can't reset the password. Could you help me to reset this password. I even tried to uninstall and install the CODESYS but nothing helps.

Hi all I'm having a little trouble get my axis to work. i can turn them off and on. i can run each servo manually inputting directly to the mapping address. as soon as i try to use any FB's like jog etc my servos wont move and error out. so far I've had error "SMC_ERROR.SMC_DI-POSITIONLAGERROR" and another one about not calling a fb. cheers. in the attachment I have just jogged X_Axis with the MC_JOG FB

My questien is how do i connect the safety_drive to the SM3_Drive_ETC_Mitsubishi_MelServo_J5_Axis1 down below? To better track project changes in git I created a script that exports the project structure as text files. Textual POUs are stored as text, everything else as XML (with timestamps removed). The file structure is stored under path/to/your.project.txt Git merge will not work, but at least tracking changes is much easier. Somehowe the first has no problem and seems that the canopenstackts stays in V3.5.9.2 the others in V4.2.0.0 But i cant put it back to 3.5.9.2 WHY ? And how can now witch one i can update and witch one not ?

When evaluating Codesys functionality, I found that the VPLC tab under Deploy Control SL > Operation > VPLCs is 'gray-ed out', see attached image. I'm trying to evaluate how my infrastructure will interact with Codesys on a Raspberry Pi 4, so I'm trying to demo running it. I was going through the Codesys tutorial here, and it never shows the tab as grey, so I do not know how to proceed. Let me know if I can get any additional information that can help.

I'm using version 3.5.13. Is it possible to handle Recipe Manager in PRG in this environment? Can you give me a simple example? Although it has been confirmed that the functions work on Recipe Manager, they do not work properly when implemented through FB within a simple PRG. I would like to save the current value as a recipe or load the recipe's value as the current value. And I want to save the recipe as a file or load the recipe saved as a file. somebody help me. (TT)

Update: I started over. I saved progress at each step. all compiled zero errors, zero warnings. Pre-processor messages remain, but I can make progress. Until I try to re- load the project file in Codesys. Re-loaded files error as above when compiled, even though they compiled error-free immediately before saving. Is my installation borked? (Not easy to re-install due to IT madness...)

Hello, I'm quite new here. I would like to create a new HTML5 visualisation. I have already imported some templates via the visualisation elements repository, this worked fine. However, when I want to open the html5control.html in the editor or create a new project myself, I always get this error: default filesystem storage could not be found. Did you add storages.plugin to the profile? I can't find this plugin. The Package Designer (V4.1.0.0) and Codesys Visualisation (V4.5.0.0) plugins are installed Can anyone help me? I'm using Codesys v3.21SP4 on my PC via ControlWin to establish CAN communication through the PC's USB port. The software works fine. The CAN/USB converter works fine and is validated. However, there is no communication. Which folder and file should be modified to allow the CAN/USB converter to work and thus achieve the connection? Converter used: PCAN-View Information not yet processed: Access the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\3S CODESYS\GatewayPLC\CODESYSControl.cfg Uncomment the line: Component.5=CmpPCANBasicDrv Any help would be appreciated.
