Hi, CODESYS Control Standard S + CODESYS Visualization L, CODESYS Control for Beaglebone 4.11.0.0, CODESYS V3.5 SP20 + (64-bit) I have problem that license manager say that this device is not supported when i try active whole license. When I select only runtime and communication it is go next step, but then I no have license on in Visualistion section, all of rest of software metric licese is ok(IO, Istances of com et, code size etc.). I'm looking to automatically select a text field element in my visualization. I'm not sure if this is possible, as I don't know how to get the data on specific elements. I am wanting automatic selection of the text field, as I am using a keyboard-input barcode scanner, which should always input the barcode into the text field whenever a barcode is scanned. Does anyone know if this can be done?

Hello everybody I have two of these EtherCat CiA402 stepper driver from Leadshine: https://www.leadshine.com/product-detail/EM3E-556E.html I want to controll them. I already have implemented them in Codesys with Softmotion. I see the position, the velocity and the status word so I can read everything. See picture 1. But when I want to write something like MC_Power or MC_MoveAbsolut with the SM3_Basic library it wont work and with the MC_Reset POU it shows: "SMC_R_DRIVE_DOESNT_ANSWER". See picture 2. Hello, I have a counter that increments an INT value once per minute I want to display this value in Minutes until 60, then Hours/Minutes thereafter on the HMI Codesys V3.5 SP16 I can divide the minutes by 60 to get hours, but then the minutes is still more than 60. Example: a process has run for 350 Minutes. I need to display "5 Hours 50 Minutes" But if it's only been 45 Minutes, I don't want "0 Hours 45 Minutes" , just "45 Minutes"

A got a larger project but this very small example makes it clear. I have a button, and after it's clicked a lamp should flip on and stays on, and when the mouse-button is released it should stay on. When I try that in the PLC_PRG it works, but when I change it to a function block (seet attched demo proj) it isn't. I'm fairly new to PLC programming but are very experienced C# engineer, but this goes above my head...

Hallo, und vielen Dank für die Antwort. Ich habe 'Modbus_Slave_COM_Port' in eine Watchliste genommen. Leider reichen meine Kenntnisse nicht aus, um aus dem Ergebnis irgendwelche Schlüsse zu ziehen. xBusy und xError wechseln zwischen true und false (im Gegentakt), der angezeigte Fehler ist 'Response Timeout'. iChannelIndex wechselt zwischen 0 und -1. Wenn ich das richtig verstehe bedeutet das wohl, das der Servotreiber auf Anfragen einfach nicht reagiert. Ich hänge einen screenshot vom Watchfenster an, vielleicht kann jemand mehr herauslesen als ich. Nochmal danke fürs Lesen und Überlegen!

Das CODESYS SVN AddOn hat Minimal-Versions-Vorgaben. In SP9 funktioniert wohl die neueste SVN Version nicht. Da mal am besten im Store auf die Release Notes auf der Download-Seite schauen. Da steht meistens, ab wann Minimal-Versionen erhöht wurden. (Required CODESYS version) V4.2.6.0 vom SVN AddOn scheint die letzte zu sein, die mit SP9 offiziell funktioniert. Eigentlich sollte das der CODESYS Installer / Package Manager abfangen, aber hmm.

Thank you very much for your reply. That helped, it is editable if the library is at root level. Unfortunately, I noticed that I am not using the MQTT client SL, but the AzureMQTTClient from the Azure IoT Hub Client SL library. At first glance, there is no parameter to increase the message size. Does anyone know how to increase this in the library or is it simply not possible here?

When trying to move my axis using any group move instruction I get the following error: SMC_CP_INVALID_PATH_ELEM and axisgroup goes into errorstop state. I tested my methods thoroughly which makes it hard for me to debug. Are there some hidden rules I need to abide to? How would one go about debugging a custom robotics model, since the information inside isn't accesible. Is it possible to find the source of where the function breaks? Hello, i am trying to find a way how to open Dialogs on a Single Visu. The options from VU.Globals are Target and WebVisu, but Webvisu opens the Dialog on both WebVisus and it should be separated. CurrentVisu can only be used when the Dialog is called from the Visu, but its all done in the Code. One Webvisu is for the User and one is for diagnostic reasons, and they should not be interfered from each other. Maybe someone can help me with this. Thanks

Hello, I'm quite new here. I would like to create a new HTML5 visualisation. I have already imported some templates via the visualisation elements repository, this worked fine. However, when I want to open the html5control.html in the editor or create a new project myself, I always get this error: default filesystem storage could not be found. Did you add storages.plugin to the profile? I can't find this plugin. The Package Designer (V4.1.0.0) and Codesys Visualisation (V4.5.0.0) plugins are installed Can anyone help me? Hello, I'm new here so if I do something wrong please bare with me. I am using raspberry pi touchscreen made by comfile (CPi-C070WR4C). I also have a window 11 pc where I would like to have a second visualisation, but when I run a TargetVisu with it, all elements of the visualisation end up in the top left corner stacked on top of each other. I have same results running targetVisu on my laptop. Maybe someone had same issues and know the solution? Simas

also, wenn du noch lscpu output posten konntest, wäre das super genauso angaben über die im detail verwende pi-hw-version. das logfile sagt keine nennenswerten fehler. der logger ist wohl aber auch nicht voll aufgedreht. auch könntest du codesys via console starten im debug-mode hoerzu ins opt/codesys/bin berzeichniss wechseln und dann ./codesyscontrol -d dann spuckt codesys (weil ohne configfile gestartet, alle ausgaben in der shell. spätesrens hier sollte die ursache zu sehen sein. die 30 sekunden ohne logfile deuten darauf hin, das die runtime meint nicht auf der zielplattform installiert zu sein

on a raspberry pi delete the folder and its content before licensing. /var/opt/codesys/cmactlicense If you plug this SD card in another raspi ( which has another hw-serial number) you'll get a second empty softcontainer. This could lead to an unlicensed PFC (it could only handle one container) The solution is: To delete the /var/opt/codesys/cmactlicense directory and content of it and then aktivate the lizenz via WibuCmRau file and Lizenzmanager.

Hi I recently started learning Codesys SoftMotion. At first, I mainly used YouTube videos. I stopped at two videos where the same problem keeps recurring. fbReadPos( Axis := X_Axis, Enable := TRUE, Position => gAxes.lrActualPos); <- axis cannot move I checked the entire code line by line. Zero errors. GPT spits out nonsense, throwing up increasingly worse errors. And when I copy its code, it says the code is wrong and gets stuck in a loop of its own stupidity. Hello, I am using an Inovance PLC to control a servo via EtherCAT. When I enable MC_POWER, the drive switches to Run mode successfully. After that I call MC_MoveRelative, but I get the error SMC_FB_WASNT_CALLED_DURING_MOTION. The servo vibrates but the motor shaft does not move. I am new to EtherCAT/servo motion control, so I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions for troubleshooting this issue. Thank you in advance for your help.

Jetzt habe ich die Situation bei mir zuhause ausprobiert; anfangs gab es eine Fehlermeldung; dann habe ich die Firewall ausgeschaltet. Daraufhin ging der Zugriff. Anschließend habe ich die Firewall wieder eingeschaltet und plötzlich ging der Zugriff auch mit Firewall. Ob das jetzt im Netzwerk in der Schule genauso ist kann ich erst morgen testen. Ich melde mich dann wieder. VG Toni

Ich soll für ein Seminar mithilfe der Library SysSocket eine HTTP Verbindung zwischen PC und und der Wago PFC200 herstellen, die wir hier im Labor haben. Ich habe mir unterschiedliche Examples von Codesys angeschaut, ChatGPT gepromptet etc. aber komme nicht in die Nähe von irgendwas, das funktioniert. Kann mir jemand ganz einsteigerfreundlich erklären, welche Bausteine ich benötige und was mit diesen getan werden müsste, um das ganze zum laufen zu bekommen? Wäre auf ewig dankbar ...
