Hi i have a project where i am communicating with many modbus devices using TCP to serial. This is all working extremely well except when i turn one of the remote devices off. If i leave the auto reconnect on it still doesn't talk to the rmianing devices and if i turn Auto reconnect off it locks up. Any help would be appreciated. Paul.

Hi! I tried to start Codesys V3.5 SP11 program and this error message popped up (see attachment). Program worked fine last week. I tried to uninstall and then reinstall the program but it did not help. If I choose Ignore or Retry options the program works expect the UI is missing. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi, same pb for me ! did you find a solution ? (I'm working on 2 raspberry pi ) The same project compiled for 4.8.0.0 runtime with CodeSys 3.5SP20 is working fine on one target, and on the other one, my UAexpert receives the same "BadIdentityTokenInvalid" and none is working on 4.11.0.0 either ... anybody ?

Solved! Go to Control Panel -> Windows Defender Firewall -> Allow an app or feature Enable the options to change settings. Scroll down the list of applications to CODESYS and CODESYS ControlService. If you do not see this application, add it to the list. Make sure all checkboxes are checked (Domain, Private, and Public).

Can you provide some infos on what you did? What model is your camera and which protocols does it support? Is there a direct link to the feed? Does your camera prevent embedding of the feed (this was my issue.)? I had to use additional software (go2rtc) to be able to stream the feed from an ABUS TVIP48511...

After many tests i see that problem comes when serial communication established for modbus rtu. If the slave device not connected we don't see the exception. If the slave device connected at serial port then we have exception about 1 hour after startup and every 10 or 15 minutes. Any suggestion?

okay, the weird thing is the driver is only continuous running when i enable debug output. if debug is not enabled it's continuous switching from running to not running. i will check again and download the libraries Which versions of libraries do you use, can you send a screenshot?

I took a look at your project. First of all, a Raspbery Pi4 is installed. You must use the GPIOs_A_B(GPIOs B+/Pi2). The error ULINT can't be set to IDINT.... with your project as well. If I change your project to ‘CODESYS_Control_for_Raspberry_Pi_SL’ the error is gone.

I don't have a multiplexer so it very weird that it connects with that multiplexer. If i do a I2C scan on the PI terminal, i only get the device addresses 0x48 and 0x51. One for the ADC and one for RTC. I will try again with your libraries

(I tried different values here, only effect for larger values i can see is the the queue capacity gets smaller.) Yep sure, though now that i think of it, its a pi 4. My bad. The whole ordeal was necessary to use the VGA666 adapter. That needs the old graphical system and GPIO directly on the CPU. Edit: Putty on the virtual development machine connects fine. But i did change the login/pw. The account is still a sudo'er so that should be all right. Edit2: Sorry i get a "Comment rate limit exceeded" from the forum. Then i'll add it as edit here. So i have tried the stock raspberry pi image on a different pi5 (truly 5 this time). Packages updated. Standard password. Same symptoms, no runtime deployed and long hang time. Hi, I imported an old project created with version 3.51.20.50 into the new version 3.51.21.20. I'm using ModbusFB.ClientTCP v4.5.0.0. Strangely, I can no longer download the project due to a licensing issue I didn't have before. The number of Modbus channels has gone from 1 to 54!, and there's no license that would work. Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong? Thanks Sandro

Hi kporter, a more direct way would be to use SMC_FollowPosition to write the set positions directly to the servo drive. This FB has reacts on changes of the fSetPosition on each call, without a need for a rising edge on Execute. I tried both 3B en 4. But every time with a lite version. I didn't try the full version of raspberry pi os. Nice to hear you are aware of the problem and trying to fix it. I'll hold on to the image from 2023-10-10 for now.

I'm still on the hunt for drivers for example TCA9548 and a list or somewhere where all devices for raspberry is gathered. as this post is quite old I'm hoping/gussing that there is somewhere where work after 2021 is gathered? Or has the raspberry part if the community slowed down on creating device drivers?
