Your connection configuration should look something like the attachment. Consuming assembly O->T will be the hex of the assembly you want to reference for output data - I want 102 (DO Data Only) shown in the Wago web page 102 = 16#66. Producing assembly (T->O) is the assembly you require for input data - again shown in the Wago web page - I want 108 (DI Data Only) or 16#6C Then set the number of bytes as per the data in the Wago web page too (both 2 in my case)

Hello, Thank you for your response. In my application i use ethercat and while work i do not turn off power. After relative move motor is in standstill. As you suggest I suppose that problem is in drive setting but i do not see any option about increase standstill torque. Hello, I use the Library NBS from "caa net base services". After opening the Project i get 19 errors from the message window "Precompilation", most of them because it doesn't recognise a component of the FB "NBS.UD_Peer". (see photo) After compiling the Project at least 2 times, there are no errors. Is there a reason and solution for this behavior? Is there a problem with resolving the library? Thanks for any clue

Hello, I currently have my trend configured with a maximum size limit of 5MB (additional settings can be seen in the attached image). However, I am encountering an error related to this trend, specifically within the TrendStorageAccess library. The device log shows the following message: TrendStorageAccess: prvCheckForSizeLimit (see the attached image for details). Does anyone know the reason for this error? gatto, That works. Thanks. Typically I use my mouse more than my keyboard. That's why I was looking for a delete option from the right-click context menu or a delete button on a toolbar at the top. It never occured to me to use the keyboard. It might be a little more user friendly if they allowed a mouse wise ability to remove a line from the grid as well as the DEL key. Just a suggestion. Thanks for your help.

Interesting, thanks! Didnt know about ANY before, and will sure find a use-case for it. Im not sure it will help me here though, it seems to me that an ANY will not accept a string assignment? I actually think that the "ALIAS" should work, that was a hard found error. I had a fair bit of scratching my head looking for misdirected pointers before I understood what was (not) happening. I will use the work-around of individual structs instead.

I need to be able to change (set) the DeviceID of an IO-Link sensor (see DeviceID.png) at runtime. I tried with both ProfinetCommon.PN_PortConfiguration and ProfinetCommon.IOL_PortConfiguration, but I get an error for both when I try to read the port configuration (see PN_PortConfiguration.png). Does one of those FBs is the right one for my purpose? Do I possibly make a mistake when assigning the parameter IOLD_ID/IOLM_ID?

Hello, For my delta robot i wil use the MC_MoveCirvularAbslolute function. Every time that i set the execute of this function has my Axis group a error. Thats is: The dynamic limits for the movement are invalid. What can i do that this error go away? I saw a view funcitons with limit dymanics but i don't now how they work. If i use the function MC_MoveLinearAbsolute than i have no error. Does anyone know how i fix this?

In order to set the placeholder to empty, open the Library Manager and click on Placeholders in the Library Manager ribbon. If you left click in the library column for CmpEventMgr Implementation, it will show you the available library versions for CmpEventMgr Implementation. To update the runtime, open the Project menu and select Project Environment. That window will show you the current version of CmpUserMgr Implementation and if there is a newer version available in the Recommended column.

Thank you for the suggestion. There is a certificate created in the quarantine directory relating to the URL used for the webclient FB. This certificate should have been valid as it was created only the week before this problem was encountered. I investigated a separate location using the same https URL and it has 2 certificates in the same quarantine directory, 1 is created almost 200 days ago, the other over 100 days ago. There have been no similar problems encountered with these certs or https at all.

i want to make a frame for use multiple places for showing pressure and temperature. ive tried to decleare a variable in the frame config, if i put a fixed value in the value text field it show correct until i simulate. and if i point to a variable i gvl it show the name of the variable, and when i simulate it shows rValue. is there a way to do what i want?

An update note. Still using linux/Qemu. Still happy, but sometimes some things are harder. I lost the "bridge" connection to my VM (meaning for instance I couldnt "scan network" and find local units. Have spent tons of hours to find out why. Finally it seems the traffic got blocked by the firewall/iptables so needed to set rules for that. So friendly note that rules must allow forward traffic to/from you configured host bridge device.

Hello, I have a simple TON timer. It is watching prime loss for a pump. The operator can set the delay via the HMI, it is an integer (seconds) As the TON uses milliseconds, we then multiply the entry by 1000 to get seconds. Seems simple, but... VAR PrimeTimer : TON; primetime : INT; END_VAR PrimeTimer(in:=State>0 AND FlowRate<MinimumFlow,pt:=INT_TO_TIME(primetime *1000)); For an entered 15 seconds (VAR primetime:=15;) the timer reads 49d17h2m26s760ms !!!! What am I doing wrong?

I have not gotten to the bottom of this yet no. I have double check that the variables are correct linked. When online with the program I can see the button and rung going true for the move instruction, yet it does not change. Forcing the bit in the program does change the value in Groov View. I am kind of at a loss here, especially since the other POU(For the pumps) does the same thing fine.

It used to be controlled by variable using "Switch frame variable". However, I realise it will change all the HMI screen at one time. So I removed the variable, and still looking for a solution to do that. Do you have any idea?

okay, no ideas. So i made a new fresh image for the raspberry, so far,so good. Licensing the new image was no problem. And, after having trouble while read write files on the raspberry pi, i found the solution for these file operations with the Variable ForceIecFilePath in the CODESYSControl.cfg file. Hello Vincent, I don't have 75 channels but it works for me as described above without any problems. There is also a parameter MAX_MODBUS_CHANNELS in the library parameters for the IoDrvModbusTCP module. The default value there is 100. Perhaps you are reaching the limit there? The value can be adjusted accordingly. I assume that this value is not accepted in the input dialogue and therefore the 'fixed' limit value 10 is used.
