Hi, you should have 'CODESYS Installer,' there you can manage your packages and installations. The version number looks like a softmotion package, try to install it. Or repair your whole installation with the CODESYS Installer.

It is either my installation is bad, or there is a bug. I re-created the project in 3.5 SP19 and there are no errors or warnings. Compiles with no errors or warnings. The original was done in 3.5 SP20. Thoughts?

Open the CODESYS Installer (from the menu Tools). Go to Browse. Search for: help ... Select the CODESYS Offline Help which you would like to install. (probably you have to close CODESYS to install it and reopen it after installation).

Hello, from today, I got an error when I try to open 'Tools/Update Raspberry Pi' and I got this error: There is no value with the specified name associated with this subkey. This feature worked before. I did not do any changes to Codesys installation. Codesys version is SP19.1, and CODESYS Control For Raspberry Pi 4.8.0.0

Hi, though i am aware of the fact that Codesys doesnt not support Raspberry Pi 5 still i tried. Codesys Installation : worked Codesys Starting : worked but right after start it stopped. with Start Runtime it starts again but stops automatically after 5 seconds is Codesys planned for Raspi 5?! Hallo, bei der Installation neuer Packages wie z.B. der IIoT Bibliothek aber auch jeglicher anderer kommt bei mir die folgende Fehler Meldung:"Package-Installationsfehler: Die Verifizierung der Signatur ... ist fehlgeschlagen" siehe Bild. Hatte das schon mal jemand bzw. bereits das Problem gelöst? Ich nutze Win 11, Codesys 3.5.18.5 und aktuelleste Codesys Installer Version 2.2.0. Viele Grüße

Good morning @mondinmr, I'm trying to install codesys 3.5.20.0 inside bottles (with wine 9.2). The full installation seems to be done (exept CodeMeter). When I run Codesys IDE an error related to IPMCLI appear and there is non chanse to open the IDE. How did you solve this issue? Thanks a lot.

Also had this problem when working on legacy project. My packege was CODESYS Code Generator ARM 4.0.3.0.package. To manage this I used PackageManagerCLI.exe. This tool does not validate certificates appearently. Hallo, ich habe eine Frage zu den init-functions: kann man irgendwie verhindern, dass bei einer Installation der Runtime (normal Update per CODESYS Linux Dialog) die init-functions unter /opt/codesys/scripts/init-functions immer überschrieben werden? Dort habe ich einige CPU/IRQ Anweisungen die ausgeführt werden müssen, aber nach jedem Runtime Update ist die Datei wieder auf Werkseinstellung. Danke!

Hallo, ich habe folgendes Problem: Nach Installation von RaspiOS auf einem Compute Modul 4 Rev 1.1 stoppt der Service nach genau 30 Sekunden. Ich habe sowohl Buster als auch Bookworm gestestet. Die Runtim versionen 4.8.0.0 und 4.11.0.0 haben das gleiche verhalten. Unterschiedlichste Firmwareversionen haben auch zu keiner Lösung geführt. Bisher liefen die Installationen immer problemlos. Was kann ich tun.

What worked for me with this error was to go to Tools -> Update Raspberry Pi, select Install, and from the popup screen, there are options to change your installation (I changed it to single core, instead of multicore), and I was then able to connect to my Rpi 4.

I installed patch 3 now and i get a new message, although i located and modified the files in system32 and sysWOW64 still doesn't work. One thing i noticed is thta in system32 folder CODESYSGatewayV3 now i have two different XXXXXXXX files with the latest being created today at the time of installation

Hello @eschwellinger, Why not using one of those 2 folders: C:\ProgramData\CODESYS C:\Users\Public\Documents\CODESYS The main reason is depending on the company and the user right, the end user may not have the access to use those folders. Also having a non version dependent folder may help if the end user uninstall a previous version and forgot all its sample project where in this previous version installation. Thanks.

Did anybody have a solution for this problem? I have the same issue and it occured as i wanted to continue work after the weekend. On Friday the simulation was working fine and on Monday thise error appears. There should be a more specific fault description to be honest. As I am writing I try to repair the installation and hope, that this will work. Still I am frustrated, because I don't know where to look for eliminating this fault. I am using CODESYS 3.5 SP19 Patch 5.

Try using a password instead of a public key to log into the controller. I've had issues getting the raspistepper installed, all due to errors upon installation. The closest I get is the pictured error. The functions are in the sm3_shared library. I can add this library but that leaves 2 issues. I don't actually know, and I really want to understand this, why the required dependencies haven't been installed correctly. If I add the library it's only available with through the namespace. What can I do to both understand and resolve this?
