Hello, I have two warning on my code, and I would like to understand why. C0540: Attribut 'no_assign' missing for the 'FB_MOdbusReadHolding'. The type of the variable clientTcp is set to 'no_assign'. In this FB, I have done: clientTcp : ModbusFB.ClientTCP; clientRequest : ModbusFB.ClientRequestReadHoldingRegisters; The error comes from clientTcp : ModbusFB.ClientTCP; I am using ModbusFB 4.4.0.0. This came up again today, so I'll post the fix for future reference. Happens with Schneider Machine Expert 2.2 and M262 controllers. Add this bit of code to a program called from the visu task //disable "VisuFbFrameBase.SetInputPositionData" log messages, which fill up the logs IF VisuElems.Private_Visu_Globals.g_ValueChangedListenerManager.GetListenerCount() > 0 THEN VisuElems.Private_Visu_Globals.g_ValueChangedListenerManager.RemoveValueChangedListener(VisuElems.Private_Visu_Globals.g_ValueChangedListenerManager.listenerForOnValueChanged); END_IF

Hallo Community Bei mir dauert das erzeugen das Codes bzw. das Einloggen extrem lange teilweise mehrere Minuten. Zuvor alles Bereinigen bringt auch nichts. Auch wenn ich keine Änderung am Programm vornehme und mich nur aus und wieder einlogge. Hat jemand eine Idee woran das liegen könnte?

Ab und an hilft auch eine Neuinstallation von Codesys

Hello, I am new to Codesys and I'm having trouble with running a python script on my Raspberry. SysProcessExecuteCommand2 gives result 25 and nothing happens. I used chmod +x and chmod 666 on my script. In terminal it's working when I'm using the same command line as in Codesys. Code in attatched screenshot. Thank You in advance.

Thanks Tim. I would think it somehow is relevant when creating a compiled library, but that may very well not be the case. If I understand you correctly, then the same compiled library created from my source code would work for both 32 bit as well as 64 bit controllers.

Yes, you are right. I think the help is pretty clear: https://content.helpme-codesys.com/en/CODESYS%20Development%20System/_cds_library_development.html It helps you to find errors in the source code of your library if you want to create a library which is using pointers and you want to use your library on 32 and/or 64 bit platforms.

What happened to Python? I’ve just installed version 3.5.21.3 of the CODESYS development environment. I’m coming from 3.5.19.5. What happened to Python scripting! We rely heavily on it for the automatic generation of thousands of lines of code! It seems absurd to me that such an important feature has been removed!

Hello, I don't really know what my problem was, but it's working for me at the moment. All i did was to change my code because of some REAL_TO_INT conversions, like i wrote above. And later a complete new Pi setup (because of 64x support with 4.10.0.0 now).

Hey schnepper, when i look into your c-file, i would say that only the main-function is declared with cext-addendum in your codesys-library-project. all yöur funtions in library has to be the cext-addendum when the external implementation is activ. if i remeber right, methods and other subelements dont need that, but every base-elements

Hallo Ton, vielen Dank für den Tipp. Das Löschen der '.precompile cache’ Datei behebt das Problem. Beim nächsten Programmstart ist die Datei bei mir aber wieder da und leider der Fehler auch. Ich habe in codesys auch keine Einstellung zum automatischen Löschen der Datei beim Beenden des Programms gefunden. Ist bei dir der Fehler dauerhaft weg?
