the $N stands for newline and $R stands for line break. maybe these combinations are considered as 1 character/position? Hello, I've been trying to get the SM3RaspiStepper application working for a long time, but the function block with the function ConfigGetParameterValueBool and ConfigGetParameterValueLReal is always missing. Does anyone know how I can get them? I also added a screenshot.

Ok with the new Release of SM3RaspiStepper 0.0.0.6 it is fixed. Everything works fine with CODESYS Control for Raspberry Pi SL 4.13.0.0 and CODESYS SDK 3.5.20.20

Is there any way to have EoE working with Tap names different from tap0? My PLC manufacturer uses Tap0 for the remote assistance service and it's not avvailable for other uses.

Most likely your IP address is set to 172.... because you use a VPN connection to your device. Probably best to use the other Ethernet interface for your modbus communication.

Could you send a screenshot of the Ethernet "General" settings? In that screen you can also search for the Ethernet interface you would like to use for your communication. Did you do that? Did you change any settings manually in the CODESYSControl_user.cfg?

Use a VAR_INPUT for properties. The reason for the error is that you can't get a reference to a property. Using a VAR_INPUT will copy the property to an input variable.
