Hi Thank you for you reply. Yes I can concatenat longer string. I am using string_Util_Intern libraray for concat. The issue is abot plc performance. It takes 7 second. I am looking to improve time.

With this kind of motor nominal tourque I can belive that it can be moved very easy. 1,6 Nm is, for example, the torque required for unscrew a small loose cap from a bottle.

... you say 1.6 Nm is only enough torque to unscrew a loose bottle cap ... This the the value of torque: from 1,2 Nm to 1,4 Nm that is cosidered acceptable for an old people. 1,6 Nm the torque considered acceptable for general use caps.

the $N stands for newline and $R stands for line break. maybe these combinations are considered as 1 character/position? Ok with the new Release of SM3RaspiStepper 0.0.0.6 it is fixed. Everything works fine with CODESYS Control for Raspberry Pi SL 4.13.0.0 and CODESYS SDK 3.5.20.20

Is there any way to have EoE working with Tap names different from tap0? My PLC manufacturer uses Tap0 for the remote assistance service and it's not avvailable for other uses.

Most likely your IP address is set to 172.... because you use a VPN connection to your device. Probably best to use the other Ethernet interface for your modbus communication.
